Pizza for friends.
This is a sauceless pizza with mozzarella, thin-sliced bartlett pears, pine nuts, gorgonzola and fresh basil. It works equally well on fresh home-made or prepared crust. Serve piping hot or cold, as an appetizer, main dish or dessert.
